Professor He Xuesong, Dean of the School of Social and Public Management, East China University of Science and Technology, introduced the connotation of the "Children-friendly Community Construction Guide" jointly developed by the School of International Social Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology and Beijing Yongzhen Public Welfare Foundation. The goal of the guide is to promote the construction of demonstration sites for child-friendly communities in China to promote child-friendly policy-friendly, space-friendly, and service-friendly at the community level; the basic principles are child-centered rights, priorities, and participation. Inclusive and fair, maximizing the use of public resources in the community, with special emphasis on respecting the local culture of the community. Among the 39 indicators developed, the construction guidelines have specific requirements for the government to establish child protection mechanisms, inclusive public services, financial budgets, and the popularization of child-friendly concepts; in terms of space-friendliness, for children to participate in community planning and design The method formulated specific strategies; in terms of service friendliness, clear suggestions were also made for the establishment of a multi-party working mechanism with social work as the core and a child participation feedback mechanism. At the same time, Professor He Xuesong also emphasized that in practice, child-friendly landings in different communities should be implemented through training and seminars; in action research, dynamic monitoring of areas where child-friendly communities are built, tracking databases, and Years or longer to promote evidence-based policies.

Zhou Weiyan, the chairman of Beijing Yongzhen Public Welfare Foundation, introduced three tasks that Yongzhen promoted based on his own public welfare experience: inclusive parent-child services for 0-3 years old, child-friendly community promotion and industry standard formulation, and quality education resource fairness projects. It is hoped that we can combine public welfare forces with the social work profession and in the community to provide a better environment for all children, especially children in need. She also said that China's public welfare and social workers should be combined as soon as possible to form an integrated force and do some branded projects to promote the entire society's understanding and recognition of public welfare and social work services.

The China Child Friendly Community Promotion Plan is a national action plan approved by the Office of the Women and Children's Working Committee of the State Council in March 2016. The Women and Children's Working Committee of the State Council is the guiding unit. It is jointly initiated by the China Community Development Association and the China Children and Teenagers' Fund. Technical support is provided by the Children's Center, China Urban Planning Association, China Child Friendly Community Promotion Program Office, and China Community Development Association Child Friendly Community Working Committee.
