"Child-friendly" walks into the community

Become a little painter, become a small speaker, puzzle DIY ....... On the afternoon of November 4, 2017, the "Children Family Financial Commerce Charity Carnival" was jointly sponsored by Sesame Street Studio and Shanghai Baxter Education Consulting Center. The event "was successfully held in Yimei Xiaoyuan, Meilong Town. The content of the event is wonderful, so that each child and parents have a rich and enjoyable time here.

This event was sponsored by the Metropolitan Life Foundation, co-organized by the “E-Future” community parent-child center and social organizations such as coffee, and the China Child Friendly Community Promotion Program Office gave it full support. More than 40 community families in the surrounding area actively participated, and more than 10 volunteers served for free.

There are six themed links in this carnival event, of which the four themed games are: create a wish tree, colorful game blanket, happy story collection, and Lola go to school. Children participate in activities by drawing, experiencing, performing, answering questions, etc., and can exchange the corresponding game currency after completion. Later, you can choose to use these game coins to exchange beautiful small gifts, or you can use game coins to participate in DIY piggy bank or wallet activities. Every child participating in the event will receive a "commemorative certificate" in recognition.

The atmosphere was lively and extraordinary. In the "Happy Story" section, the childish but vivid children's voices won bursts of laughter and applause from parents. In the experience area of "Creating a Wish Tree Together", the children all exhibited their ability to paint seriously. In the process of parents and children working together to complete the task, the harmonious parent-child relationship was promoted. And the rewards obtained through their persistence and dedication also filled each child's face with a smile of contentment and joy.

During the game, volunteers will also guide children to think about some issues that are closely related to our lives: "If you want to go outing with parents, will you bring water or toys?" The child blinked, "Bring water because I'm thirsty." What can a piggy bank do? "You can save, you can put pocket money in."

This educational and entertaining way can help children grow up while playing happily. Learning to make by hand can stimulate children's ideas and creativity, allow them to freely control and manage the money in their hands, and in fact cultivate the children's sense of goals and planning. The children are experiencing their own experience while interacting with volunteers. After completing a series of challenges, not only can they get gifts they like, but also certificates, which is a real sense of achievement.

The community family financial business charity carnival will be held twice a year. After the event, the children and parents are still interested and look forward to the next event. Parents also expressed their gratitude for this opportunity to interact with their children, which not only made the relationship closer, but also left a beautiful and unforgettable memory for the children during their growth.
