International Seminar on the guide of China's Children Friendly Community and Changsha Children Friendly City (community) academic exchange

On June 27, the international seminar of China children's friendly community guide and Changsha children's friendly city (community) academic exchange meeting were successfully held in Duzheng street theater, Changsha, Hunan Province. This activity is guided by the child friendly community working committee of China Community Development Association, sponsored by the school of architecture of Hunan University, Changsha Planning Bureau, Dingwangtai street of Furong district, and co organized by Changsha Youth League Committee and Changsha Community Development Center of sharers.
Luo Yizhi, representative of the children's friendly community working committee of China Community Development Association, introduced to the guests the guidelines for the construction of China's children's friendly community, including 15 guidelines and 46 detailed rules in three dimensions of policy friendly, space friendly and service friendly, and called for a more three-dimensional and sustainable construction of children's friendly community and city.

The seminar also showed the achievements of Hunan University and Hong Kong University Students' participation in space design of children friendly community and social participation in workshop, and invited residents' representatives to experience and comment on the spot, which produced many enlightening collisions and sparks.

The child friendly community working committee of China Community Development Association will continue to support and participate in the efforts and explorations of all walks of life in Children Friendly communities. At present, China's guidelines for the construction of child friendly communities are in the stage of expert discussion, which is expected to be officially published in the second half of this year.
On the promotion plan of China's child friendly community
The "China children's friendly community promotion plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "promotion plan") is a national series of actions under the guidance of the office of the women and children's Working Committee of the State Council, jointly sponsored by the China Community Development Association and the China children's foundation, supported by the technology of the China children's center and the China Urban Planning Society, and supported by the China children's friendly community promotion plan office and the China Community Development Office The Work Committee of Children Friendly Community of the association is responsible for implementation and promotion.
The promotion plan adheres to the spirit of the United Nations Convention on the rights of the child and the guiding ideology of China children's development outline 2011-2020, strives to build a cross-border cooperation platform of "government guidance and multiple participation", promotes the establishment of community inclusive children's service ecosystem, and continuously promotes ① the norms of community children's service industry, ② the self-development of social service institutions, ③ the children's social workers Specialization and ④ new model of service-oriented community governance.
