From June 2 to June 4, the China children's friendly community working committee held a series of workshop activities in Shanghai station in the community party construction service center of Meilong Town, Shanghai, with the theme of "living out your brilliance" and improving the leadership of social organizations. 37 partners from government agencies, education and training institutions, foundations, social work institutions, social entrepreneurs and 20 entrepreneurs participated in the activity.
This activity was warmly welcomed by the partners of China Children Friendly community promotion program. Through this activity, we hope to inspire the personal growth of each small partner, open a new thinking of entrepreneur's mental mode, and apply it to the daily management and service efficiency of the organization. In just three days, the sparks of thought and wisdom are constantly colliding.
Starting from the elements that an entrepreneur should have, training is divided into four units: vision, ambition, mission and role. In each unit, the tutor has put forward many questions that are worth pondering by the students, so that everyone can have a deep spiritual dialogue with their inner self. "I'm grateful for what I have", "because I have enough, so I can share it generously with others", "what is your favorite thing to do?" "What excites you?" "What will bring you great passion and energy?" "What do you want to see increase and decrease in the world?" "What would you like to add to your resume or autobiography?" A series of questions asked each trainee the most real thoughts and feelings. In the process of Q & A, through each spiritual washing, students can get closer to their inner thoughts and position their desired social roles.
During the activity, students encourage each other, share and exchange their own experience and feelings. The activity site adopts one-to-one dialogue to let students explore their social mission, describe their role positioning and future planning through six storyboards, and show their ambition and recruit like-minded partners by elevator speech.
Although the three-day training is short, the communication between partners is just beginning. After the training, more than 10 project groups have been set up. It is planned that through 30 days of continuous interaction and mutual supervision, each project can achieve breakthrough and rapid development under the influence of collective wisdom.
Student feedback:
This activity, whether it is the overall control of the tutor or the interaction between the students, has done a good job. Entrepreneurs and social workers communicate with each other, so that both sides can think about work from a different perspective, which is very helpful to enhance work enthusiasm. Many people are willing to help you realize your dreams, not because you are so good, not because you are smart, not because you have enough resources, but because you have dreams. So what ignites dreams is never technology, but desire; what supports dreams is not because of this matter, but because of this person.
