       In a fair and just society, the allocation of public resources must be based on maximizing the interests of the weak. As a low-level group among many vulnerable groups, children should become the most concerned group of government public policies and social public welfare resources . The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child proposes the priority of childrens best interests principle, which has become a principle recognized by almost all countries in the world. The Outline of Chinas Childrens Development (2011-2020) requires strengthening the services of children in urban and rural communities. Establish a community-based operation mechanism for child protection work, fully tap and utilize community resources ... construct childrens activities places, and provide full-time and part-time staff ... to provide services for children and their families. To implement the outline, the well-being of children must be the center of community governance structure, professiona l consensus of social work organizations, and community public affairs. 

         Based on the successful cases of community development at home and abroad, we believe that a "child-friendly" community should provide space design and hardware facilities and event venues based on children's needs, have professionals providing children's services, and widely conduct child safety, Child rearing, child participation, child health and other related public welfare activities will help children shape their characters and grow up healthy, reduce threats to children such as food safety, traffic safety, lost safety and human injury, and create a good hardware environment and software services. It can also create a happier community for adults.



The China Child-Friendly Community Professional Committee will take the responsibility of building a child-centered community governance innovation model and make community children's public services a sustainable social innovation project. 


Social organizations and individuals with certain representativeness and influence in the field of child services or community construction are invited to join this national platform to jointly promote the healthy development of China's child-friendly communities.






Agency presentation

Beijing Yongzhen Public Welfare Foundation is a non-public fundraising foundation registered by the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau. It is a 4A-level social organization. It is sponsored by Shenzhen One Foundation Public Welfare Foundation, One Foundation sponsor and executive director Zhou Weiyan, and many other caring people.

 

In 2013, Yongzhen initiated the project of “Emilion Community Children's Sports Hall”, which adopts the innovative form of social chain franchise to advocate and support the growth service support of 0-3 year old children and their families in the community. job requirements:
